Our Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please return it to us by post using our freepost label  within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Fill in our returns form and please remember to include your name and address stating the reason for your dissatisfaction.

Goods to be returned should have labels still attached and be in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure that the unwanted items are returned to us securely and that you have taken reasonable care of them while in your possession. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office in case of lost items.

Our returns are free for the UK only. Your order will contain a freepost label, simply affix this to the front of your parcel.

For hygiene reasons, self-adhesive prostheses, nipples and roll-on adhesives are non-refundable or exhangeable.

Please note: We regret we cannot offer an exchange or refund on items that have been specifically adapted, e.g. pocketed, at your request. You can request that any bra or top is sent 'prior-to-pocketing' if you wish to try it first and return it to us using the freepost label so that there are no postage costs to you.
