Terms and conditions of sale

The Seller is Eloise Lingerie who contracts on these Conditions of Sale. Any additions, alterations or deletions to these Conditions of Sale will not be accepted unless they are expressly accepted by the Seller in writing. The Seller accepts the Buyer's offer to purchase the goods only by posting or otherwise sending to the Buyer the Seller's Contract of Sale form.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the site. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

No contract will exist between you and Eloise Lingerie for the sale of any product unless and until Eloise Lingerie accepts your order by e-mail confirming that it has dispatched your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you and Eloise Lingerie irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Delivery:  We aim to deliver items within 5-7 working days.  Please note at busy times, it may take us a little longer to despatch items to you.  If any of the items on your order are out of stock, we will be in touch to inform you and let you know when you can expect delivery.

Cancellation:  Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for this purchase at any point from the time of order until 7 working days after purchase.  As a company, we have extended this to 14 days after receipt of your purchase under our 14 days refund policy.  Should you wish to cancel before your purchase has been received you will need to do so in writing.  Please either write or email us, (addresses below) stating the order number and giving your clear instruction to cancel the order.  All cancelled contracts will be fully refunded.

Refunds & Returns:  If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to exchange for another size or colour, please return the garment to us within 14 days of it being received.  There is a free post label enclosed in the parcel for your return.  We will process your exchange or refund within 14 days of the item being received back by us as long as the garment is in an unworn condition.  Refunds will be made directly to your credit card, as used in the original purchase.  Please note we are unable to offer this policy on any items which have had pockets added or on adhesive items, such as contact prostheses, due to hygiene reasons.
