How to return items

UK customers

If you wish to return goods to us, please use your returns form along with the VAT concessions slip signed and dated along with your goods.

If you do not have a returns form, please return your parcel to the address given below with the following information given.

• Full Name

• Invoice Number

• Reason for Return

• Please state whether you would like a refund or replacement

 

We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all items that you return.
